Workbench snapshots

Too many projects going on at once, as always, but at least that gives me an excuse to compile a few photos from my current workbench.

Currently I have two major projects going on in parallel: the 30mm flats for a smaller Seven Years War engagement at Zinna (click on the thumbnail to see the complete picture at reasonable size)

Nearly finished (only the clear varnish is missing): officers and the last troopers for the Hohenzollern Cuirassiers
And just marching out of the box for a first review and check how I want to arrange the minis to form two bataillons: the first infantry for the Allies.

Fresh out of the box: two bataillons of future imperial infantry (minis are from Grünewalds Prussion range, though). Note that the flag bearers are still offering both options for the positioning of the flag - one of each pair will be cut off before the first basecoat is applied).
And in parallel a small project from the Games Workshop WH40K range, where I'm building a Tallarn themed long range desert recce troup (in the tradition of the British LRDG of North African campaign fame in WWII).

Workbench storage for half complete projects: on the left the second Chimera, on the right a handfull of Halfling sharpshooters (behind a painted Tallarn chief and some Goblins and Space Marines that my son is working on).
